Fall Into Balance: Eating With the Seasons $100

Please join Holistic Nutritionist and Ayurvedic Health Counselor, Candice Trudel for a 3 part workshop and cleanse series. The 14 day whole food cleanse will launch at week 2 after learning the reasons why we are preparing the body in this particular way. We will explore the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda, the originator of circadian medicine on seasonal eating and practices that will bring your body and mind back into balance this fall season. The spring and fall are the 2 times of year where we see the most drastic changes seasonally. As a microcosm of nature, our bodies must also shift during these seasonal transitions. As we grow further away from our relationship with the natural world, it often takes guidance to make these seasonal changes. By utilizing the natural wisdom of what nature provides, this transition can be smooth as over time effortless. The only supplement we will incorporate is an individually designed herbal digestive blend according to each person’s unique constitution. You will learn how to stay healthy through the fall and winter seasons by incorporating small daily changes that will create a powerful impact on your health.
