Simple Rituals for Self Care

We’re living in a time of high conflict, stress, and disease, and it’s scary! The term “self care” gets thrown around a lot, but what does that even mean?

In this class, we get real about what taking care of yourself actually means - physically, emotionally, spiritually, and all the ways in between. We’ll talk about practical tips for staying in the moment, warding off anxiety, how to deal with overwhelming situations, and ways you can practice self care that are meaningful but don’t take a ton of time, money, or energy.

Students leave with a self care guidebook, notes, tools, and fun handcrafted items to help with their self care practices at home.

$45 per person, includes all materials and take home items.

Angela Messier, LMT, RMT, has almost a decade of experience with energy work, body work, and mindful practices designed to take care of ourselves first and foremost. She’s a firm believer in self care, regular personal ritual, and being aware of and true to oneself. She’s taught classes on Reiki, personal massage, herbal healing, and is excited to premiere this Self Care class as a culmination of her knowledge and expertise.
