Celebrating Yule

Wheel of the Year Series

Come join us as we turn the wheel of the year to Yule also known as the Winter Solstice. This will be the fifth class in our Wheel of the Year Series. Yule or Yuletide is a festival with deep roots in both Celtic cultures and Germanic cultures. The winter Solstice is the longest night of the year, followed by the birth of the Sun/son as days slowly begin to become longer and we welcome the ending of Winter with the promise of Spring. During this festival we celebrate with Yule Logs, Yule trees and gift giving. In this class we will learn the Mythology of the season, altar set up, gift giving and feasting ideas as well as how to create your own beautiful ritual as we welcome back the light of the Sun. This class will be taught Thursday December 14from 6:30 to 8:30

Class: $30 / pp.  All classes are non-refundable.  This class is part of a series.  However, it is not necessary to take all of the workshops or to take them in any particular order.
