We get it—you want your herbs, potions, and goodies yesterday. We’ll do our best to get your order out the door fast.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once it’s on its way, you’ll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking info so you can obsessively refresh like the rest of us.

We currently ship within the U.S. only.

Sorry, we do not offer international shipping at this time. We're keeping it close to home for now—but who knows what the future holds?
Where’s My Stuff?
Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number via email.
Please allow 48 hours for it to update.
If it’s been more than 5 days since you received your shipping confirmation and there’s still no sign of your package, email us at karen@tangledrootsherbal.com with your name and order number. We’ll investigate.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our handcrafted products (and lingering post-pandemic vibes), we do not accept returns at this time. See our returns policy for more detail.
All class sales are final, unless we cancel or reschedule and you can’t attend.
If your order arrives damaged, email us ASAP at karen@tangledrootsherbal.com with your order number and a photo. We’ll do our best to make it right—because that’s just how we roll.
