Knot Magick: Techniques & Practices
A simple string, a silky ribbon or piece of cord aren’t just for tying shoes or gift bows.
A knot can look like everyday objects…a wall hanging in your home, a cord bracelets made for different occasions and even a braid in your hair.
Knots serves as a sort of container for magick.
Knot magick is often used for fastening or holding something or to set something up for releasing. While tied, the knot may serve as a container for the magick. When the knot is untied, the magick is released.
Knot magick is really flexible and usually tied with the intent of holding something magickal in, like protection, prosperity, or as a regular catalyst for spellwork.
