Many people pop into the shop looking for relief from gastric upset (whatever the cause). Often-times it's due to diet issues, but regardless of the cause, we offer up this quick tea blend to cool a hot digestive tract: 

  • 1 pt. Calendula
  • 1 pt. Chamomile
  • 1 pt. Peppermint
  • 1 pt. Plantain
  • 1/4 pt. Ginger
  • 1/4 pt. Fennel (optional)

Add 1 to 1 1/2 teaspoons to 1 cup/8 oz of hot water, allow to steep for 5-8 minutes and consume (can also cool and consume as an iced tea).
