Therapeutic Massage: using combinations of Swedish massage with trigger point therapy and deep tissue techniques, our therapist will address your areas of tension and discomfort and work to relax the body so you can go back to enjoying your life, pain free. This is a "typical" massage when you need tension and knot relief,

Reiki Energy Healing: Reiki is the traditional energy healing system from Japan that uses hand placements to send universal life energy into a person's body, boosting the body's own ability to heal itself. Reiki is incredibly powerful for energetic & spiritual healing, and can help address physical symptoms that may stem from emotional issues. It's also soothing and relaxing, a great alternative for people who need a gentler form of healing on an energetic level.

Reiki Massage: Our unique signature service! For a more holistic massage that addresses stress, anxiety, and other emotional and energetic factors, your relaxing full body massage will integrate Reiki energy from start to finish, deepening your state of calm and allowing the nervous system to come out of "fight or flight" mode. This helps your body heal, recover, and resist illness and anxiety.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage: The lymphatic system is closely tied to the immune system, so a healthy lymphatic flow is integral to a healthy body resistant to illness. Lymphatic drainage also helps address edema and fluid retention in muscle tissues and can encourage speedy healing after major surgery or cancer treatments. It's also incredibly relaxing!

Cupping Therapy: Cupping works tight and tense muscle tissues as deeply as deep tissue work does, but instead of pressing down, we're using the cups to gently pull up and away. This helps break up those stubborn knots and also encourages healthy blood to flow into the area to heal tissues and relieve pain and tension. Energetically, cupping helps energy flow through the body and can break up areas of stagnation and blockages.

Reflexology: Combining deep foot massage with acupressure on traditional acupuncture points, reflexology helps direct healing energy and can signal the brain to address problem areas throughout the body.

Angela has been working as a massage therapist since 2015. With a calm, approachable demeanor, they love working with new clients to discover their unique needs. You'll often see them upstairs futzing around the shop as Assistant Manager; stop and ask them a question, they love chatting and helping people on their paths!

Angela is trained in Swedish Massage, Usui Reiki, Lymphatic Drainage, Cupping Therapy, Fire Cupping, and more.
