Breathwork is the use of breathing techniques in order to achieve altered states of consciousness.
Lisa is a practitioner of therapeutic Breathwork for life changes on the subconscious level. She will discuss mindful and yogic breathwork which has purposes including altering stress level, energy, and heart/body systems regulation.
Changing how we are breathing changes our experience and, can change our lives in the moment or, in therapeutic application, permanently as we undo unsupportive subconscious personal life patterns.
Breathwork can have a variety of effects on physical and mental well-being.

Lisa was the owner of Nia NH and Yoga, teaching there, at numerous holistic centers and introductory workshops at Universities and hospitals for 2 decades before sharing her expertise with Holistic centers, plant medicine venues, and Termazcals (sweat lodges) in Ecuador, Mexico, India, Denmark, and Germany.
