Valerian Root (Valeriana wallichii) - Organic
Helpful for teas and tinctures taken right before bedtime, but be warned, it's got a pretty funky scent and flavor. We like a night-night tea made with chamomile and a titch of valerian, lavender, maybe some scullcap and/or lemon balm to take the edge off the scent/flavor.
