This drying, relaxant herb has been so helpful as a nervine for me - I love adding it to blends of tulsi, ginger and chamomile to help keep me grounded. It’s also diffusive, and diaphoretic, amongst many of it’s herbal actions. I recommend it highly to help with focus and anxiety, but also want you to do more research into the many benefits of this lovely herb. (From an energetic standpoint, it can help you get out of your own head!
