These lovely little “batchelor buttons” grew profusely in cornfields, hence the name. Today, we blend them into teas to add a gorgeous touch of color to your blends. There are also lots of traditional folk uses for cornflower, but you’ll have to do some sleuthing to find more information (we aren’t allowed to say…)
