Tangled Roots Herbal Class Cancellation Policy

At Tangled Roots Herbal, we understand that life happens and plans can change. To ensure a fair and positive experience for all, we have established the following class cancellation policy:

Cancellation by Participant

1. Up to 7 Days Before the Class:

   • Full refund or transfer to another class of equal value.
   • Please contact us via phone or email to process the refund or transfer.

2. Within 7 Days of the Class:

   • 50% refund or transfer to another class of equal value.
   • Refunds or transfers must be requested at least 24 hours before the class start time.

3. Within 24 Hours of the Class:

   • No refunds or transfers.
   • We encourage you to send a friend in your place! Just let us know the name of the person attending in your stead.

Cancellation by Tangled Roots Herbal

1. Insufficient Enrollment:

   • If a class does not meet the minimum enrollment requirements, we will notify you at least 48 hours in advance and provide a full refund or transfer to another class of equal value.

2. Instructor Illness or Emergency:

   • If the instructor is unable to conduct the class due to illness or an emergency, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a full refund or transfer to another class of equal value.

General Guidelines

• All refund and transfer requests must be made in writing via email or in person at the shop.
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of the request.
• Transfers are subject to availability and must be used within 3 months of the original class date.
