Such a lovely, warming herb to add to a cup of afternoon tea. And lovely aromatic to add to your heavier meats that require longer cooking. Helps with digestions, but also useful as a steam during cold and flu season due to it’s heavy aromatics that have antimicrobial and antifungal actions. Seriously, read up on sage. It’s often overlooked, but has really impressive properties (we can’t say all of them….but you can find them online or in a reputable book!)
