Sage (Salvia officinalis) - organic
Such a lovely, warming herb to add to a cup of afternoon tea. And lovely aromatic to add to your heavier meats that require longer cooking. Helps with digestions, but also useful as a steam during cold and flu season due to it’s heavy aromatics that have antimicrobial and antifungal actions. Seriously, read up on sage. It’s often overlooked, but has really impressive properties.
