Processing Times:
We pack and ship orders within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Because we’re a small shop making many items by hand, that window can vary during busy seasons. You'll get a shipping confirmation with tracking info as soon as your package is on its way.

Shipping Methods & Rates:
We ship via USPS and/or UPS depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Shipping is a flat $7.95. 

Orders over $100 ship free (US only)!

Local Pickup:
Not currently available, as we’ve transitioned to online-only operations. Keep an eye out for pop-ups and events where you can shop in person!

Shipping Issues & Lost Packages:
Once your package leaves our hands and has been scanned by the carrier, it becomes their responsibility. If tracking shows "delivered" but you haven’t received it, please:

• Check with neighbors or household members
• Contact your local post office
• File a claim with the carrier

We cannot replace items marked as delivered, but if your package is lost in transit or hasn’t been scanned, we’ll help however we can to track it down or file a claim.

International Orders:
At this time, we ship within the U.S. only. If you’re outside the U.S. and dying to place an order, send us a message and we’ll see what we can do!
