Shipping

Shipping is a flat $7.95 fee and ships from our special little magical corner of the universe.

We typically ship within 1-3 days via USPS, depending on when you place the order (we’re closed Sunday and Monday and once in a while there’s a holiday that interrupts us, too). Expect your package within 1-5 days depending on your location. 

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses supplied at check out. If the package is returned to us due to insufficient address, the cost of reshipping is yours. We are not responsible if your package is delivered to an incorrect address you supplied.

We are also not responsible for missing, lost or stolen packages after we ship your order. If the tracking information indicates your package has been delivered, but not to you, please reach out to the carrier for assistance - and since we use USPS, reach out to your local post office. If it is determined your package was stolen, please report to local law enforcement. 

If you wish to include signature for delivery, please add it to the comments section of your order and we’ll contact you.

Returns

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on the following products:

Teas

Tinctures

Essential Oils

Soaps

Creams/Lotions

Herbal Remedies

Perfumes

Spell Bottles

Custom Orders

Other items eligible for return will be accepted in unopened, unused condition within 14 days of receipt. Anything opened or tampered with will not be approved for return and refund.

Received the wrong product? Notify us at hello@tangledrootsherbal.com within 14 days. Include photo of product(s), order number, name and best way to contact you. We will ship upon verification of our error. 

Broken items? Please photograph the package, contents, etc. within 14 days of receipt to hello@tangledrootsherbal.com. Include your name, order number and contact information and if you wish to be refunded or have your order replaced.
